Stopover in Quiberon
Our first Fall Winter collection
Because wanderings by the water don't stop at the end of summer, Apnée has decided to create a limited collection of fall/winter pieces .
Faithful to our eco-responsible values , you will find outerwear made from recycled fabrics like the 100% recycled blue Parka or the bi-material jacket , comfortable cuts that remain elegant like the blue organic cotton jersey pants , all in refined colors and Made in Portugal obviously.
To capture this collection in motion, nothing better than Quiberon, a Breton peninsula with spectacular wild landscapes which seduced and shook us at the same time.
Quiberon peninsula with two faces
Surrounded by water, the Quiberon peninsula offers two sides : on one side the Atlantic Ocean and its wild coast swept by winds and waves, on the other the almost Mediterranean softness of its sheltered coves .
Play the Fisherman in Port Maria
Located at the entrance to the bay, Port Maria is a small marina which welcomes sailboats and fishing boats. We go to meet the fishermen and board an old trawler, time to take a few photos. To protect himself from the wind, Antoine wears the rust zipped collar hoodie and the 100% recycled navy blue parka . It's impossible not to stop by and say hello to Gurvan who runs the famous Poissonnerie Lucas, recognizable by his fisherman in a yellow raincoat at the entrance to the store. The Lucas fishmonger has been a family affair for over 40 years. From father to son, they select the most beautiful fish and ensure the quality of their products.
Facing the elements at Pointe de Conguel
At the end of the peninsula is Pointe du Conguel , a natural site under the protection of the coastal conservatory and an ideal place for a beautiful walk at sunrise. A path goes around it, allowing you to enjoy the calm of the bay at the same time as the fury of the ocean. You can see the beginning of the Gulf of Morbihan as well as the Teignouse lighthouse.
A true institution in Quiberon, Le Vivier is a seafood restaurant offering a breathtaking view of the Côte Sauvage. It's the perfect place to enjoy mussels and fries and other seafood while admiring the beauty of the raging ocean and the sunset. Antoine perched on his rock wears camel organic cotton jersey pants .
Stroll with your hair blowing in the wind on the wild coast
We also surf in Quiberon, particularly at Port Blanc, a spot with fast waves popular with experienced surfers. Alternating coves and cliffs, the Côte Sauvage offers a mineral and raw setting which literally seduced us.
