Standard delivery offered for all orders from 150€ of purchase.

Shipment of orders within 24 hours (1 week for personalized items).

For France :

• Standard delivery via Colissimo (2 to 3 working days): €5.5
• Delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay (2 to 3 working days): €5.5
• Express delivery in France via TNT (receipt the next day before 1 p.m. for orders placed before 12 p.m. and within 2 days for Corsica): €12

For the European Union:

• Standard delivery: 12€
• Express delivery: 20€

For the rest of the world:

• Standard delivery: 20€
• Express delivery: 30€

For international deliveries, customs fees and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These costs must be paid by you directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

RETURNS

We put all our efforts on a daily basis in order to be able to offer you products of the highest quality that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase , know that you have 14 days to exchange an item or return your order to us for a refund or a gift card.

Returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and a refund will only be made upon receipt of the goods in a condition that complies with the general conditions of sale.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
