Care Better, Wear Longer: 5 Tips for Your Swimshorts
Care Guide for Your Apnée Swimshorts
To preserve the colors, fabric flexibility, and comfort of your Apnée swimshorts, proper care is essential. Discover our washing and drying tips to extend its lifespan and maintain its original appearance for as long as possible.
- Rinse your shorts with fresh water after each swim to remove salt, chlorine, sand, and other residues that can alter the fabric's fibers and colors.

- Machine wash at 30 °C with similar colors to preserve its quality and prevent color transfer. We also recommend using a laundry bag, which helps limit the dispersion of plastic microfibers into wastewater.

- Do not use bleach or whitening products, as they can damage technical fibers, discolor the fabric, and reduce its lifespan.

- Avoid tumble drying. Excessive heat can damage the fabric's elasticity and accelerate garment wear. Prefer natural air drying.

- Do not dry clean, as the solvents used can alter the properties and finishes of the fabric.

- If ironing is necessary, use a low temperature and iron the garment inside out to protect the fabric as well as any logos, patterns, or prints.
