Free relay point delivery for all orders over €150.

Orders shipped within 24 hours (1 week for personalized items).


For France :

• Home delivery via Colissimo (2 to 3 working days): 7€.
• Point relais delivery via Mondial Relay (3 to 4 working days): 4€.
• Express delivery in France via Chronopost (next-day delivery before 6pm for orders placed before 12pm and within 2-3 days for Corsica): 12€.
• Mondial Relay locker pick-up times have been reduced from 8 to 5 days.

For the European Union:

• Standard delivery: €12
• Express delivery: €20

For the rest of the world:

• Express delivery: €30

For international deliveries, customs duties and other taxes are not included in the price displayed on the site. These charges must be paid directly to the carrier upon receipt of the product.

RETURNS

We make every effort every day to offer you products of the highest quality that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return your order for a refund or a gift card for the value of your purchase.

As soon as we receive and check the returned item (this can take 2-3 days, but don't worry, we keep a close eye on returns), you'll receive an email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Christmas period: Returns are extended until January 8 in exchange for an exchange or a gift card to the value of your purchase.

Returns are simplified and offered in the EU. Except for products on sale, where you will be deducted a €5 return fee.
